Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our Chief of Staff, oversee office operations in our San Mateo location, and contribute to our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-office support on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Assist the Chief of Staff with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination. Manage office tasks including mail handling, supply orders, and office maintenance. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating collateral orders and campaigns. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
