Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing service requests by inputting data into our hotel database. You will collaborate closely with our team and external partners to ensure prompt and accessible service delivery to our members. Reporting to the Lead Coordinator and guided by our manager, you will uphold our company's policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate office equipment including computer terminals, copiers, calculators, fax machines, multi-extension telephones, paging systems, and document scanners. Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Microsoft SAP is a plus. Demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service skills. Maintain self-motivation and positive energy. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities with a proactive attitude. Continuously contribute to process improvements and daily operations. Assist other departments as needed based on varying assignments. Perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing/walking, reaching, stooping, bending, or crouching. Maintain focus and thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods. Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1 year of data entry experience. Ability to type at least 45 words per minute (WPM). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Critical thinking abilities with a knack for prioritizing multiple projects.
