Job Description We are seeking a Supply Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Supply Management staff and various departments to support operational supplier risk activities across our enterprise. You'll play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing strategies, and ensuring that our supply management processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities - Provide analytical support for program planning, conducting research, and analyzing business processes. - Manage relationships with third-party providers and optimize the utilization of risk management tools. - Support projects with analysis, reporting, and market research. - Develop metrics and monitor performance to enhance supply management initiatives. - Assist in responding to audits and assessments, implementing changes as necessary. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for supplier risk management activities. - Contribute to the development and improvement of departmental content and tools. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Some travel may be required.
