As a seasoned local in the Baltimore-Washington area, you bring invaluable insights and connections to the role. Responsibilities: Staff Leadership: Support in handling cancellations and reschedules as necessary. Help maintain high coaching standards and cultivate a team of exceptional coaches. Supervise interns and part-time coaches as directed. Recruitment: Lead the interview, screening, and onboarding process for new hires. Network with candidate resources and attend events/recruiting fairs. Promote job opportunities and maintain recruitment metrics. Marketing and Communications: Conduct program demos and engage in promotional activities. Represent events and open houses. Administration: Manage attendance systems and participant registrations. Maintain equipment and inventory. Ensure timely updates to schedules and records. Working Hours/Location/Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position with typical working hours between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. The role will be based in our central office in Laurel, MD, and surrounding areas. Program Objectives: Establish as the premier youth program in Maryland. Maintain a reputation of excellence through outstanding service and instruction. Achieve and exceed enrollment and revenue goals. Key Performance Measurables: Prompt and professional communication. Effective management of coaching staff. Meeting deadlines and performance goals. Adherence to company policies and standards. Commitments: Employees are expected to represent with professionalism and integrity, adhering to company standards outlined in the Brand Book. Compensation is performance-based, and failure to meet expectations may result in termination. Success depends on dedication to customer service and business development.
