Azure Cloud Security Engineer Are you passionate about information security systems? We are hiring an Azure Cloud Security Engineer for a fully remote role, with occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Missouri. This position requires onsite presence approximately 4-6 times per year for meetings, conferences, and service-related issues. Role Overview: As an Azure Cloud Security Engineer at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, managing, and enhancing various security systems. You will collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices, while continuously refining and improving security measures. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain security systems such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SIEM and UEBA, endpoint protection, and data security/auditing platforms. Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments, collaborating with external auditors when necessary, to mitigate system vulnerabilities. Enhance monitoring and visibility of information systems, leading incident detection, response, handling, and forensics. Provide detailed reporting on incidents, investigations, vulnerabilities, and security trends. Stay informed about information security developments and trends, occasionally providing end-user security training. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in MS Azure landscape security. Proficiency in managing security for Azure, multi-cloud, or hybrid environments. Experience with Microsoft/Office 365 Security, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, and Regular Expressions. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and services. Familiarity with SIEM/UEBA and EDR tools/platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to troubleshoot efficiently and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Linux, and agentless data security platforms. Additional programming or scripting experience is advantageous. CISSP/CCSP/GAIC/MCASEA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary: $83000.00 - 191000.00 Per Year
