Job Description

In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our Business Intelligence (BI) platform, keeping core systems running smoothly, and designing solutions to streamline operations and projects. Here's what you'll be doing: Partner with business, clinical, and IT teams to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Collaborate with leadership to define product direction and roadmap. Design, develop, and implement technical solutions leveraging BI tools like Tableau, SAS, Power BI, Databricks, and Epic. Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and recommend ways to improve our services. Provide subject matter expertise for solutions and manage technical issues. To be successful, you'll have: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of recent experience in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of industry development languages and frameworks. Experience with designing, developing, and implementing large-scale systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
