Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our strategic marketing initiatives, driving market growth, and enhancing revenue streams. You will lead the charge in crafting comprehensive marketing plans, from demand generation to product launches, while collaborating closely with our global marketing team. Responsibilities: Continuously engage with customers and collaborate with our sales team to analyze market trends and preferences, informing our marketing strategies. Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that support our sales team in generating leads and closing deals. Lead the development of omni-channel communication strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of marketing activities to maximize brand sales and competitiveness. Evaluate marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Lead the creation and deployment of compelling marketing content. Provide guidance to our marketing communications team to drive brand awareness and differentiation. Collaborate closely with our global marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and product launches. Offer valuable insights to our marketing portfolio team to support the creation of customer journey maps and value propositions. Manage marketing budgets and assess cost-effectiveness of marketing strategies. Assist in developing and executing sales team training programs. Track campaign budgets and ROI, setting and meeting KPIs. Communicate product marketing launch calendar to relevant teams, ensuring alignment and investment levels. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution. Strong background in downstream marketing. Experience marketing to various audiences in the healthcare sector. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies. Proficient in project management and data-driven decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate across different departments and interface with clients at all levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications required. Advanced degree (MS/MBA/MA) preferred. 8 – 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in MedTech/Pharmaceutical marketing. Supervisory experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Salary: $123526.00 - 154407.00 Per Year
