As a Business Analyst within our Payment Operations Group, you will be remotely based. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by us. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Qualifications: Level 2 Support of Payment Operations Processing Participation with monthly new code release testing Analysis of payment operations Day-to-Day Testing support for applications Attention to Detail in all tasks Problem Solver with strong analytical skills Desired but not required: Knowledge of Payment Systems: Fedwire, Real Time Payments, Swift messages, ACH, and Chips SQL Querying Skills The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, during daylight hours. Job Description In this role, you will: Conduct research, collect and interpret business requirements, and participate in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. Analyze information technology requirements in business processes. Assist in obtaining and identifying the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes. Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system and articulate specific software requirements by communicating with applicable stakeholders. Develop and maintain all applicable policy and procedure documentation, and documents for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies. Work closely with business and technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables. Support the development, analysis, and distribution of relevant reporting. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
