Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming multifamily real estate investment opportunities into pathways to financial independence and generational wealth. As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a leading multifamily real estate development and investment firm, your role will focus on cultivating relationships and introducing potential Investor-Purchasers to our unique investment opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and curiosity among prospective clients through direct outreach and social media engagement. Rather than selling products, your goal will be to facilitate introductions to our investment presentations led by our Regional Sales Directors. We're looking for ambitious individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building and leveraging professional networks. Whether you're seasoned in social media outreach or eager to learn, we provide the tools and training to turn your skills into a successful career at our company. Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to potential Investor-Purchasers and introduce them to our investment opportunities. Foster interest and curiosity through effective communication and social media engagement. Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to arrange investment presentations for qualified leads. Benefits and Compensation: Uncapped Earning Potential: Introduce our opportunity to 15-20 prospects weekly to earn commissions ranging from $2,000 to $12,000 per week. Career Growth: Opportunity for rapid advancement to salaried roles or promotion to Regional Sales Director based on performance. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience accepted.
