Role Overview: As a Business Analyst within our Value Creation Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting major operational improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to CEO / Head of Value Creation Office, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and senior members of the VCO team to drive impactful changes across our organization. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the VCO team to analyze data and identify root causes of business challenges. - Develop recommendations and present them to senior leadership to drive problem-solving. - Own a portfolio of initiatives, working under supervision to successfully implement improvements. - Support tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor initiative value delivery. - Identify, plan, and execute new value creation opportunities across the business. - Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and support M&A strategy as needed. - Provide direction to external advisors, including consulting firms and law firms. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. - 3+ years of work experience in a relevant analytical role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects. Preferred Characteristics: - Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is strongly preferred. - Commitment to learning and continuous improvement. - Experience with analytical and data visualization tools is a plus. - Strong work ethic and motivation. - Excellent prioritization skills and ability to focus on high ROI work. Final base pay will be determined by factors including internal equity, location, and individual qualifications.
