Job Description
We're looking for a talented Business Intelligence Architect I to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be a key player in designing and building the foundation for our data-driven future. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: Become a data rockstar! You'll gather and transform raw data from various sources into a user-friendly format for powerful analysis. Partner with the team to understand business needs and translate them into clear data solutions. Design and develop robust data models that support insightful reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with developers to craft high-performance algorithms and cutting-edge solutions. Craft clear and concise reports using industry-leading tools (think SQL, SSRS, Power BI) to empower business users. Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and methodologies to further enhance our data capabilities. We're seeking someone who: Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems Management, etc.) or has equivalent experience. Is a whiz with Microsoft's SQL Server suite (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) and Power BI. Has a strong foundation in SQL querying, ETL processes, and data architecture. Can write complex T-SQL code, troubleshoot problems with ease, and design data structures for optimal reporting. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and a passion for exploring new data frontiers. Bonus points if you have: Experience with OLAP services and SQL Database Administration. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of data mapping and data warehouse concepts. What We Offer: Competitive salary ($90,000-$110,000) and bonus potential.
