What You'll Do: As a Business Management Analyst, you'll partner closely with Program Managers and Business Leaders to deliver essential financial analysis. Your role will focus on interpreting program performance data, crafting detailed financial reports, and supporting the development of cost estimates and budget plans. You'll be pivotal in forecasting financial statements and ensuring program contracts adhere to negotiated terms. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating financial risks, conducting Earned Value Management tasks, and preparing comprehensive status updates. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. Proficiency in data mining, database management, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, chart generation). Ability to travel domestically up to 10% as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP, COGNOS, or similar ERP software. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Background in Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, or Telecommunications sectors.
