Your Role and Responsibilities As the VP of Finance, you will spearhead our finance team, leading efforts in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and tax compliance. Reporting directly to the CEO, your role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic direction and financial health. Key Responsibilities: Craft and oversee financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flows. Collaborate with the CEO and other executives on strategic initiatives to propel the business forward. Establish and maintain rigorous policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct audits and liaise with external auditors to confirm financial status.
