Strategic Marketing and Communications Leadership Opportunity Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the Vice President (VP) of Marketing and Communications will be instrumental in leading a unified marketing and communications function within the organization. Responsibilities: Understanding the organization's culture, strategy, services, and competitive landscape to tailor marketing and communications initiatives. Aligning marketing and communications efforts with strategic goals to enhance brand awareness and promote growth. Overseeing campaigns, analyzing performance, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders through effective team leadership. Developing and implementing advertising and digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and differentiation across various platforms. Driving cultural and organizational change through collaborations with internal teams. Enhancing internal and external brand awareness to support philanthropic and development activities. Using customer insights to create engaging messaging and leveraging marketing analytics to drive key performance indicators (KPIs). Managing media relations and crisis communications plans efficiently. Showcasing the importance of marketing and communications through strategic narratives, data-driven insights, and digital innovations. Creating a high-performance team culture by providing leadership, guidance, and growth opportunities for team members. Ensuring high-quality client services and effective resource management by streamlining service delivery. Developing multi-year strategic communications and marketing plans to strengthen the organization's reputation and market positioning. Overseeing internal employee communications and engagement strategies. Collaborating with executive and clinical leadership to align communication initiatives with organizational priorities. Managing communications and marketing budgets while optimizing resource allocation effectively. Education & Experience: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, with substantial leadership background. Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy development and effective team management. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience in digital marketing and media interactions. Leadership Competencies: Strategic thinker capable of fostering change and uniting teams towards shared objectives. Creative problem-solver with a keen understanding of market trends and healthcare industry dynamics. Proficient in budget management, planning, and project execution.
