Your Role: Client Sales Manager (CSM) As a Client Sales Manager at our agency, your primary focus is to negotiate and secure brand deals for our clients. Your responsibilities include building a network of brand relationships, negotiating and closing corporate sponsorship and paid partnership deals, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Partnership Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with various departments. Your Qualifications: Understanding of the financial value of brand marketing, corporate sponsorship, and paid partnership landscape. Familiarity with different social media platforms and their unique characteristics for crafting brand campaigns. Knowledge of brand marketing's role in driving awareness, engagement, and sales. Proficiency in identifying and researching potential brand partners aligned with client objectives. Ability to build and nurture relationships with brands and company representatives. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Commitment to industry compliance and ethical practices. Your Responsibilities: Hand-selecting corporate partners for clients after understanding their vision. Recruiting corporate partners globally to join our agency community. Negotiating and contracting strategic partnerships for clients. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners and agencies. Collaborating closely with the brand management team. What Makes You a Great Fit: Proven track record of exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong lead generation skills. Background in marketing concepts and campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social media platforms. Teamwork and communication skills. Experience in managing sales goals and KPIs. Ability to develop and grow long-term business partnerships.
