Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Architect scalable, reliable, and highly available cloud-native applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud-native technologies and practices. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and growth. Stay current with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and AWS services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies. Extensive expertise in AWS cloud services. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and DevOps principles. Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
