As a Cloud Computing Application Architect, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-based technical architectures that optimize client environments and harness the full potential of cloud capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop cloud-based solutions that streamline the software development life cycle, integrating the latest cloud native managed services. Lead the migration process to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to standards and leveraging your expertise to inform strategy and design decisions. Recommend and implement tools and solutions based on comprehensive research and understanding of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Collaborate closely with a skilled team to overcome complex challenges, utilizing your expertise in areas such as containerization, development, and security systems for the intelligence industry. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years of architecture design experience. Proficiency with Linux, UNIX, Docker, Elasticsearch, Lucene, AWS cloud technologies, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Hive. Hands-on experience with Ansible, Kubernetes or AWS Elastic Container Services. Programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, JavaScript, or Bash. Experience developing RESTful web services. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with event-driven architectures. Experience in DevOps or SecDevOps. Knowledge of Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle databases. AWS Certification. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
