Our mission is to excel in project cost analysis and innovation within the aerospace and national security sectors. Role Overview: As a Cost Modeler, you’ll play a crucial role in estimating and analyzing project costs. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost assessments that drive project success. Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Develop and maintain detailed Average Procurement Unit Cost (APUC) models. Support and Collaboration: Assist in meeting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and leverage cost models to inform procurement decisions. Requirements: Educational Background: A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for time management, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking. Experience: Prior experience in cost estimation, proposal evaluation, or program management is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Experience Level: Ideally, 3+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with a Graduate degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience without formal education.
