Role Description We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cyber Security Instructor to join our team remotely on a contractual basis. As a Cyber Security Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering dynamic training sessions and courses covering a wide array of cybersecurity topics. From application security to incident response, you'll guide and inspire students on their journey to mastering the intricacies of cybersecurity. Responsibilities Facilitate engaging cybersecurity classes, covering fundamental concepts and practical skills. Educate students on industry-leading security frameworks, fostering a deep understanding of compliance and best practices. Mentor students through hands-on projects, utilizing a range of cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and technologies. Instruct on various security lifecycles, including incident response, penetration testing, and digital forensics. Qualifications Solid expertise in application security, network security, information security, and malware analysis. Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity training or teaching within a related field. Proficiency in relevant cybersecurity tools and technologies. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Certifications in cybersecurity are advantageous. Prior experience in the IT industry or cybersecurity consulting is preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is desirable. Compensation We offer a competitive base pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, with compensation varying based on qualifications, experience, and workload.
