Learn more about what we do by visiting our website. Job Description As a Data Analyst on our team, you will handle large volumes of data to support various projects. Success in this role involves forging strategic partnerships with our operations and technology teams. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong desire to excel and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment serving national clients. Your role will involve close internal collaboration across departments as well as external engagements with clients and vendors, requiring a consistently professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: - Manage extensive data manipulation tasks including insert, update, upsert, and delete operations using SQL. - Conduct data transfers, imports, and exports across systems such as MySQL and Redshift, utilizing SQL and Python for efficient data migration. - Offer expert advice on database and form structures based on project requirements. - Design, develop, and execute complex database queries; extract and analyze data using various analytical methods. - Generate data reports, ensuring accurate and insightful data analysis to support decision-making. - Engage in comprehensive research and data mining to provide necessary metrics and data insights. - Ensure the highest standards of data quality control and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity. - Design data workflows to optimize information flow and access control. - Develop and maintain processes for report generation and document management. - Provide robust analytical support for ongoing cases and projects. - Continuously improve your industry knowledge and technical skills. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Solid experience with database systems and complex data analytics. - Familiarity with LAW PreDiscovery (LexisNexis) is preferred. - Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, data mining, and coding. - Experience in system implementation and integration. - Strong skills in business analysis, process improvement, and project management. - At least 3-5 years of professional experience with a proven track record. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
