We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting insights that drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to various projects aimed at improving customer engagement and operational processes. Develop and implement business tools to automate manual processes, fostering efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy operational analytics and tools aligned with corporate performance goals. Assist in compliance implementation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement efforts. Create and deliver presentations to management, conveying insights and recommendations. Undertake additional duties as assigned, contributing to the team's success. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of experience in dashboard development. Proficiency in Power BI reporting. Familiarity with Abora, SAP, Survey 123, and Fulcrum. Strong analytical skills with a background in utility vegetation operations (preferred). Project management experience is advantageous. Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced expertise in data analysis and process automation.
