Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team for a 7-month contract. This role offers competitive compensation and the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities: Assist with team reporting and dashboards using Asana and Salesforce. Review customer contracts related to branding and marketing agreements, and accurately record information in Okta databases. Maintain and update the Customer Marketing account repository in Asana. Organize and manage team documents, folders, and systems, while exploring opportunities to enhance team efficiency. Support project management of customer marketing programs, including scheduling customer hero photo shoots, coordinating staffing, routing content for approval, and maintaining trackers in Google Sheets. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, and Google Sheets preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
