We're seeking a talented Data Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business by supporting reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation. In this role, you'll: Partner with the Systems and Operations Director to fulfill reporting and data analytics needs. Become a pro at retrieving and manipulating data from various sources, including spreadsheets, data warehouses, and databases. Master CRM tools like Salesforce to create and update reports and dashboards. Conduct account research, assign ownership, and manage new accounts within Salesforce. Assist with managing central mailbox inquiries. Upload, manage, and maintain accurate system information. Generate reports for weekly, monthly, and annual business analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute reporting strategies. Respond to data requests from leadership efficiently. We're looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Finance. Possesses 1-3 years of business experience with at least 1 year in the Business Intelligence (BI) space. (Experience with Salesforce CRM and Power BI is a plus!) Has a keen eye for detail and a mastery of advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables). Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality work on time. Boasts strong verbal and written communication skills.
