Job Description

Join a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership. You will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating efficient communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation, including agendas and minutes. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organize and oversee special events and offsite meetings, ensuring seamless logistics. Assist with office space planning and optimization to enhance productivity. Support new employee onboarding and facilitate professional development initiatives. Manage expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking. Provide administrative support for special projects as required. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks independently and exercise good judgment. Proven ability to build rapport and work effectively with senior leadership. Flexible mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
