Job Description

Join a forward-looking, world-class R&D organization as an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing productivity within the organization. You will act as a key liaison and gatekeeper, managing schedules, communications, and information flow. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in supporting decision-making processes and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. How You Will Contribute: Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making. Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and execute events, ensuring smooth logistics and exceptional guest experiences. Administer training programs and support professional development initiatives. Assist with office layout optimization and space planning. Facilitate new employee onboarding processes. Manage budget-related tasks, including expense tracking and invoice processing. Provide administrative support for special projects as required. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant administrative experience. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority.
