Location: Remote (Central USA time zone preferred) What You Will Do As a Field Marketing Manager at our company, you'll spearhead the development and execution of our event marketing strategy in the Central region. Your role is pivotal in amplifying our brand story through impactful events. Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy in collaboration with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, and tactics. Plan and execute a diverse range of events including executive roundtables, workshops, sponsored conferences, and regional events. Manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to post-event evaluation and lead management. Gather feedback and facilitate effective lead follow-up to optimize program performance and enhance sales enablement. Continuously analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI, refining strategies to maximize impact. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including executives, customers, partners, and influencers to strengthen brand positioning and drive collaborative initiatives. Research industry trends and evaluate strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives. Manage quarterly forecasts and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with business goals. Travel required approximately 25%. What You Bring To The Table 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in a dynamic startup environment. Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that meet pipeline and revenue goals. Exceptional prioritization, project management, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple events of varying scales and timelines simultaneously. Strong communication skills, capable of crafting clear and compelling messages for diverse stakeholders. Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and driving marketing as a strategic partner. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure and optimize program effectiveness. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and project management tools is advantageous. Compensation Range: $124,000 - $160,000 Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, outstanding benefits, and potential commissions or bonuses based on role-specific factors.
