Job Overview: Join our Banking Finance team as a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units on strategic planning, growth initiatives, investment decisions, and performance metrics. You'll play a pivotal role in driving financial insights for our Banking products, partnering closely with Product and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Own and manage financial performance forecasting and analysis, providing critical insights to stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct detailed analysis to evaluate cost-benefit tradeoffs and financial impacts of new products. Performance Visibility: Prepare comprehensive reports and ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and investor relations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product, Partnerships, and Data Science teams to support strategic decision-making processes. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic finance at a fintech or high-growth technology company. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to develop and manage financial models independently. Communication: Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Nice to Have: Interest or experience in fintech, banking, or payments. Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn.
