Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Develop and manage the analytics product roadmap for Finance. Collaborate with business Finance users to understand their needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions. Manage business demand and ensure solutions meet business requirements, particularly with tools like Power BI and SAP AFO. Potential involvement in deploying business consolidation tools such as OneStream, Collibra, and Celonis. Analytics Solution Development: Develop or collaborate with business partners to deploy Finance analytics solutions according to the product roadmap. Work extensively with Power BI and understand the functionalities of SAP AFO. Analytics Solution Adoption: Provide coaching and training to end users through enablement sessions, documentation, and individual training sessions. Promote the organic adoption of finance analytics by assisting businesses in solving specific short-term problems. Business Problem Solving: Facilitate the adoption of finance analytics by helping businesses address specific near-term challenges. Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications: A degree in Accounting or an equivalent finance background. At least 5 years of experience in Management Accounting and Finance, including exposure to FP&A, month-end close activities, capital allocation support, and strategic financial decision-making. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with data, SQL, and deploying analytics solutions, particularly with Power BI (knowledge of Python is a plus but not required).
