About the Role: As a Financial Analyst II, you will be a vital member of the FP&A Team and broader finance group. You will contribute significantly to our monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization. What Your Day Will Look Like: Analyze unit economics, variance drivers, and key performance indicators to provide insights into business operations. Support quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews. Evaluate strategic commercial initiatives for their financial and operational impacts. Develop objective analyses and scalable processes to support a rapidly growing tech company in making data-driven decisions. Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing systems, processes, and data integrity. Communicate business performance against financial and strategic targets to key stakeholders.
