About the Role: As a Financial Analyst II, you will be a vital member of the FP&A Team and broader finance group. You will contribute significantly to our monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and drive cross-functional alignment across the organization. We are looking for an independent thinker with strong analytical skills, eager to leverage business judgment and data to influence critical financial and strategic decisions. What Your Day Will Look Like: Analyze unit economics, variance drivers, and key performance indicators to provide insights into business operations. Support quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews. Evaluate strategic commercial initiatives for their financial and operational impacts. Develop objective analyses and scalable processes to support a rapidly growing tech company in making data-driven decisions. Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing systems, processes, and data integrity. Communicate business performance against financial and strategic targets to key stakeholders. What We Are Looking For: Strong academic background from high school and university. Demonstrated drive and ability to exceed expectations. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Clear and effective presentation and communication skills. Curiosity and eagerness to work on diverse projects. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial modeling. Understanding of core accounting principles. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and accountability. Passion, self-motivation, and thoughtfulness. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting goals. Willingness to travel twice annually for company events. Additional Skills That Are a Plus: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Experience with Business Intelligence reporting, CRM, and ERP systems.
