Location: Remote Company Description: We are a premier behavioral health consulting firm committed to enhancing the financial sustainability and operational efficiency of non-profit organizations in the social services and healthcare sector. Our team at SAE Behavioral Health Consultants (SAE) is dedicated to providing nationwide consulting services with a focus on improving participant health within Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with expertise in behavioral healthcare budgeting and revenue modeling. As a remote member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting financial analyses, preparing reports, and offering strategic recommendations to optimize the utilization of funds for the betterment of CCBHC participant health. Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data including revenues, expenditures, cost projections, and insurance to provide valuable insights. - Prepare and review CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and related reports in accordance with project scope. - Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and analyze Payment Program Access (PPS) results, monitor variances, and identify trends. - Present clear and actionable financial analysis to executive management and other relevant stakeholders. Requirements and Skills: - Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. - Five-to-ten years of progressive experience in fiscal management or administration, with recent familiarity with regulatory changes. - Proficiency in total accounting and financial management principles. - Experience in auditing, billing compliance reviews, and trend analysis within healthcare settings. - Familiarity with CCBHC clinics and understanding of healthcare billing and policies impacting provider revenue. - Knowledge of the behavioral health provider/government ecosystem, including CCBHCs and FQHCs. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial analyses to audiences of varying levels of financial literacy. Compensation: Compensation for this position is contract-based and variable, starting at a minimum rate of $50,000 annually. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account client needs and successful contract execution.
