About Us: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role presents an ideal opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to advance their skills in financial operations. Financial Management: Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial account reconciliation. Coordinate cash flow management and engage in discussions with partners. Lead monthly financial meetings with partners to review financial projections and expense forecasts. Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support financial management. Analyze revenue and expense trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Ensure accurate collection and recording of client payments. Prepare monthly financial statements and provide related analyses for internal stakeholders. Facilitate the annual tax process, collaborating with accountants for reconciliation and documentation. Perform end-of-year closeout tasks. Operations Management: Collaborate with partners to build and maintain client and consultant relationships. Organize accounts and files to support the creation of client deliverables. Manage overall business operations, encompassing financial and operational aspects. Draft statements of work (SOWs) and amend as necessary. Collect consultant timesheets and generate monthly invoices. Participate in weekly meetings with managing partners to discuss consulting matters and formulate work plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, financial management, or a related field.
