We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop web applications for collecting, configuring, and visualizing sports data across various sports. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with platform engineers and internal operators specializing in live data quality and trading. You will play a key part in building a robust system that delivers high-quality, low-latency tracking, skeletal pose, eventing, and video streams for numerous sporting events annually. This position is based in our newly established office in New York City, located in vibrant midtown Manhattan. Join us and contribute to building a hub for innovation in sports technology. Responsibilities Develop web applications powering our hybrid automated and operator-led collection systems. Contribute across the entire stack, including web frontend, backend APIs, and databases. Uphold best practices in software development, deployment processes, documentation, and coding standards. Share knowledge and collaborate on technical concepts with team members. Perform performance analysis and monitoring. Required Skills 3-5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in building web applications, including experience with React. Strong skills in SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with modern software development practices, distributed systems, and performance tuning. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and real-time web frontend technologies.
