Job Description We are seeking a creative individual to join our Global Design Team as we collaborate with our university partners to develop cutting-edge online and blended certificate programs. Key Responsibilities: Partner with university faculty to design engaging digital and blended learning experiences for assigned courses and projects. Lead Backward Design sessions to align program outcomes with industry-relevant skills. Develop course components such as learning outcomes, interactive elements, case studies, assessments, and capstone projects. Coordinate with the Global Delivery team to ensure seamless course launch and operations. Provide guidance on evidence-based instructional design practices to faculty and staff. Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and established processes. Foster collaborative relationships with faculty and stakeholders, advocating for an exceptional learner experience. Thrive in a dynamic, global environment, delivering quality work under tight deadlines. Stay abreast of instructional design research and emerging trends. Support team culture and mentor support contractors. Requirements: Minimum two years of experience in higher education working closely with faculty. Proficiency in evidence-based instructional design methodologies. Strong expertise in Backward Design, needs analysis, and assessment strategies. Ability to analyze learner performance data and drive continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility for occasional travel and off-hours work as needed. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Psychology, or related field. Experience with online learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and course conversion. Familiarity with accessibility standards and quality assurance processes (e.g., Quality Matters). Compensation and Benefits: Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience.
