Summary: You'll play a vital role in supporting our training initiatives while working remotely. Reporting to a Program Manager, you'll receive daily supervision and opportunities for career development. Please note, U.S. Citizenship is required for this role. Responsibilities: Develop engaging Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) training solutions using the methodology. Conduct thorough analyses including Needs Analysis, Job/Task Analysis, and Front-End Analysis. Collaborate with client SMEs to ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop instructor and student guides, scripts, storyboards, and media elements. Proactively address scope issues and work on diverse assignments as needed. Utilize the ADDIE Instructional Model and prevailing learning theories to drive performance improvement. Review technical guidance and extract relevant content with SMEs to support learning objectives. Participate in creative and technical development teams to propose innovative IMI solutions. Engage stakeholders to meet schedule milestones effectively. Familiarity with rapid authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline is advantageous. Collaborate with team members to meet production, quality, and schedule requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of training-related experience with a strong understanding of the Instructional Systems Design model. Proficiency in developing instructor-led, web-based training, and blended learning solutions. Experience with IMI solutions and DoD training standards is preferred. Demonstrated ability to conduct various analyses and needs assessments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with SMEs. Strong writing skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Understanding of scope concerns and the ability to organize course content effectively. Ability to obtain security clearance and willingness to travel as required.
