As part of the Information Technology Department, TDS encompasses teams dedicated to Information Security, Planning, Application Development, HR & Payroll Development, Infrastructure, and Client Services. Position Overview We are seeking an Oracle Applications Lead Developer to join our Finance Applications team within TDS. This role supports Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, focusing on Financials, Procurement, and Project Management functions. Reporting to the Financial Applications Manager, you will collaborate closely with campus locations, business partners, vendors, and other IT professionals. Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Manage and support day-to-day activities of Oracle Financials, including designing, developing, debugging, and evaluating complex configurations and customizations. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support cloud systems and ensure operational efficiency. Collaboration and Communication: Engage with core team members, subject matter experts, and business partners to develop solutions aligned with organizational goals. Effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional efforts. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, provide subject matter expertise, and contribute to technical work deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends and leverage best practices to enhance system performance and security. Design, Integration, and Documentation: Create technical design documents, test plans, and system implementation strategies. Document processes and ensure compliance with established standards and policies. Experience and Qualifications Required: Minimum 10 years of Oracle or Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, including 5 years with Oracle EPM Products. Strong knowledge of accounting processes, data management, and system security. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM systems design, administration, and configuration. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and collaborate in team environments. Preferred: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, including Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView. Certification in Oracle Cloud and familiarity with EPM Cloud Products (ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS). Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
