Position Scope and Organizational Impact: Join our dynamic Strategy, Marketing, and Communications team as a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Consultant. In this temporary contractor role, you'll focus on crafting captivating PowerPoint presentations for our Internal Communications requirements. Specifically, you'll contribute to content development for a signature conference featuring a diverse range of speakers and internal subject matter experts. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with multiple speakers to gather content, selecting photos, and ensuring cohesive graphic design formatting for various presentation decks. We're seeking someone who can distill complex information into clear, engaging messages that resonate with our audience. This role is expected to last approximately 3.5 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support Internal Communications initiatives, tailored to various speakers' needs Utilize provided standard templates while infusing originality and creativity into slide designs Collaborate closely with executives and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to craft impactful presentations with high-quality training content Ensure consistency and alignment with overall event branding by working closely with the Strategy, Marketing, and Communications team Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple rounds of content drafts effectively Conduct thorough editorial proofing to guarantee accuracy, error-free content, and professional presentation Employ strong graphic design skills to enhance presentation visual appeal and effectiveness Successfully juggle multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality Perform additional duties as assigned Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous PowerPoint presentations Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with excellent graphic design skills Keen eye for detail and strong editorial proofing skills Ability to work independently and remotely, effectively managing time to meet project deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork Residency in South Florida is advantageous, but the position can be entirely remote Job Title: Marketing Communications Consultant Job Location: Remote – South Florida Classification: Contract (Approx. 3.5 Months) Reports To: Marketing Manager, Solar We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity, striving to create an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
