About Us: Optum Serve is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our federal client's initiatives in enhancing service delivery and end-user support across a large IT organization. This role will play a pivotal part in executing the Communication Strategy Plan, crafting impactful content, templates, and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: Execute the project Communication Strategy Plan, managing diverse communications across stakeholders. Collaborate with management and client teams to develop and deliver communication templates and targeted outreach. Draft client-facing materials including emails, memos, newsletters, and other communications. Contribute to monthly reporting on project status, deployment progress, and new capabilities. Create reusable content and templates for new functionalities, maintenance, and service disruptions. Monitor communication channels for timely responses and support. Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all communications. Coordinate virtual educational webinars for internal and external stakeholders. Highlight success stories and new capabilities in webinar presentations. Write and edit clear, error-free content tailored to stakeholder needs. Measure content effectiveness against company and client KPIs. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in corporate marketing and/or communications, preferably in healthcare. Experience working collaboratively across functional teams. Ability to create compelling content across multimedia channels. Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling. Familiarity with marketing automation and design tools (e.g., SFMC, Adobe Creative Suite). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with VA, DOD, or other government agencies. Knowledge of the healthcare industry. Background in journalism. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
