The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in implementing marketing strategies that align with our vision, values, and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Maintain and update website content to ensure relevance and freshness. Serve as the primary liaison with digital vendors and agencies, fostering collaborative relationships. Generate and implement ideas based on market research to enhance website engagement. Develop compelling content for social media platforms and manage social media presence. Oversee reputation management efforts to uphold a positive online image. Special Projects and Events: Assist in planning and executing special events, including virtual or hybrid events and conferences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on media opportunities and marketing initiatives. Contribute to the development and execution of Marketing Action Plans and Budgets. Cultivate relationships with local community groups to support our outreach efforts. Marketing Strategy and Analysis: Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales teams to define marketing strategies and goals. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including patient referrals. Provide insights on market competition and develop proactive strategies to stay ahead. Additional Responsibilities: Represent the organization at public relations functions, seminars, and media events. Monitor patient satisfaction through surveys and provide constructive feedback to relevant departments. Develop marketing materials such as advertisements, newsletters, and promotional items. Lead patient-focused community events and initiatives. Generate reports on practice statistics and referral sources. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably in healthcare. Previous experience in the fertility industry or OB/GYN interface is desirable.
