Full Job Description Position: Marketing Director Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to provide leadership and oversee direct response advertising and promotion activities aimed at generating sales-qualified leads and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the conception, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans. Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns. Maintain and enhance a successful brand image among target audiences. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, strategies, and competitive landscape. Analyze sales data to optimize future marketing activities. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to make high-level decisions regarding budgeting and strategic direction. Manage and mentor various members of the marketing department, including copywriters, graphic designers, and analysts. Coordinate with other departments to ensure internal efficiencies and synergy. Act as the primary liaison with marketing vendors. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Work Environment: Capable of working in a remote and autonomous environment, free of distractions, and providing a space to conduct business confidentially.
