This role offers flexibility, allowing for full remote work or a blend of remote and office presence in downtown Manhattan. Responsibilities: Drive outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, spanning live and digital events, advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to fuel revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, owning creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Collaborate with external partners to orchestrate promotional events and campaigns. Utilize customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, enhance conversions, and generate high-quality leads. Analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategies and initiatives, presenting findings to senior leadership. Additional duties as required. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Demand Generation, with a preference for enterprise software or compliance software background. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and remote startup environments is advantageous. Skills & Qualifications: Track record of crafting successful marketing campaigns. Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong communication skills. Exceptional project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Data-driven mindset with a flair for creativity. Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development tools. Proficient in Slack, Google Suite, and marketing software like Adobe Creative Suite and CRM.
