Job Title: Marketing Manager Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the erosion control industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms (social media, blogs, website) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and monitoring social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Association Management: Support management of relevant associations and identify new beneficial memberships and opportunities for the company. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and construction/DOT hotspots to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Campaign Support: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels (email, digital advertising, events). Graphic Design: Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and generate insights for future initiatives. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department, including organizing files, managing databases, and coordinating meetings or events. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data analysis software is a plus.
