Establish data standards and documentation to support the management of our marketing systems. Implement efficient processes to ensure scalability and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with sales and business units to enhance data quality and derive actionable insights. Develop and deploy sales pipeline performance measurement metrics based on business objectives. Deliver regular reports and recommendations based on data analysis. Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed. Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation. Qualifications: Preferred experience in the Biotech or Healthcare industry. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with Salesforce integration and other marketing or sales systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Resourcefulness, initiative, and attention to detail. Organized, dependable, and proactive.
