Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team working on enterprise-level projects in the health insurance sector. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of six software engineers, focusing on the MS Dynamics 365 application. Your responsibilities will include participating in requirement gathering sessions, designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions. A significant part of this role involves data collection, integration, analysis, and presentation through webpages and webforms. Working in an Agile environment, you will engage directly with business users, such as those in Sales and Marketing, to ensure the CRM system meets their comprehensive needs. Key Responsibilities: Participate in requirement gathering sessions and collaborate with team members. Design, code, test, and implement MS Dynamics 365 solutions. Perform data collection, integration, analysis, and data mining. Present data through webpages and webforms. Work closely with business users to understand and meet their requirements. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, XML, and familiarity with web service protocols (SOAP and/or OData). Experience with C# (.NET 3.5+). Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS. Strong database knowledge (SQL and/or DB2) and SQL queries. Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including the following components (3+ years): Entities Web Resources Plugins Workflows Reports Dashboards Security Roles Basic understanding of CRM SDK. Preferred Experience: Experience with DB2 and Java. Familiarity with integration of Dynamics CRM with Outlook, SharePoint, and other applications. Experience with CRM migration to newer versions. Knowledge of Kingsway Soft, WCF/WebAPI Web Services, RESTful Services, Visual Studio, TFS, and Xpertdoc document generation application.
