This fully remote role focuses on driving mortgage lending in western Oakland and Washtenaw counties. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service to members, prospective members, builders, developers, and real estate agents. - Conduct pre-qualification interviews and prepare loan application packages. - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, secondary market guidelines, and company policies. - Utilize consultative phone selling techniques and effective follow-up strategies. - Cultivate and maintain external referral sources to generate business opportunities. - Collaborate with branch teams to increase referrals and drive mortgage loan growth. - Provide timely communication and follow-up throughout the loan process.
