What We're Looking For: Experience: A proven track record of at least 2 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Location: Remote work options available, but you must reside in Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone, networking, and various lead sources. Cultivate ongoing connections with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and more. Ensure the collection of all necessary documentation from customers. Engage in prospecting activities and generate new business through leads and referrals. Actively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Stay current on industry market trends and best practices. Requirements: Hold an active Massachusetts MLO license through the NMLS. A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Provide W2 documentation for the past two years of income. Possess a driven, motivated, self-starting attitude with a history of sales success. Proven ability to manage the entire mortgage process, from application to closing, and work directly with borrowers in qualification, credit assessment, AUS (Automated Underwriting System) operation, loan pricing, document collection, and expectation management.
