Job Description

Position Title: National Accounts Manager (Remote) Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated National Accounts Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account-specific business plans, achieving sales targets, and providing leadership as the primary contact for our valued clients. Your duties will include expanding the distribution of key brand items through account prospecting and promoting new products to existing accounts, with a particular focus on enhancing relationships within large golfing organizations. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic business plans aligned with overall company strategy. Set and achieve account-specific goals in collaboration with customers. Conduct regular reviews of business performance, promotion strategies, and planograms. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns. Forecast, budget, and track account revenues and expenditures. Support the development and execution of financial support and business-building programs. Present the Kress business model and ROI to key stakeholders of national account partners and prospects. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing. Proven track record in managing national retail customers (headquarters level preferred). Demonstrated success in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals. Ability to implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills to monitor category performance and communicate insights. Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of trade spending and promotional activities. Dedication to building and nurturing strong business relationships with customers. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal senior leaders and external clients.
