Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to lead the successful deployment of best-of-breed networking and Wi-Fi equipment for our hospitality clients. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on enterprise-level data networks and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, install, configure, and test advanced HSIA and network equipment - Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise-level network and product performance issues - Perform meticulous network system documentation - Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to achieve optimal results - Execute tasks within assigned timeframes and budgets - Provide day-to-day support within the network/Wi-Fi engineering function - Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams and clients - Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with various audiences - Deliver high-quality results while adhering to company procedures and best practices - Participate in an on-call rotation to support our 24/7/365 service model Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in network/Wi-Fi installations, diagnostics, and analysis tools - 2+ years of experience with HP, FortiGate, Firewalls, Aruba, Ruckus Networks, and Meraki wireless enterprise-level products - Meraki certification preferred (or willingness to complete within 60 days of employment) - Proficiency in configuring Aruba and Ruckus hardware within the hospitality space - Strong problem-solving skills in complex data network systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume work environment - Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Project) What We Offer: - Competitive salary and performance incentives - Comprehensive benefits package, including: - Medical, dental, and vision plans - Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts - Short and Long-Term Disability insurance options - Life and AD&D insurance plans - 401(k) Profit-Sharing Retirement plan - Flexible Paid Time Off (after 60 days of employment) - Paid Holidays Join Our Team: If you're ready to transform property technology and create seamless, connected experiences, we want to hear from you!
