Your focus will be on delivering impactful group presentations and personalized consultations to support individuals in achieving their financial goals. What You'll Do: Lead initiatives to promote financial well-being through engaging group sessions and personalized meetings with employees. Collaborate closely with advisors and business owners to strategize and enhance employee education strategies. Serve as a key advocate for enhancing employee satisfaction and involvement.
