Job Description About the Team/Role We are looking for a talented individual who will act as the “voice of the customer” in everything they do. In this role, you will delve into our market and work closely with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to understand and communicate the value of our product developments and existing benefits to our customers. You will bridge the gap between company objectives, market and competitor research, and trends in Fleet/Mobility, Benefits, and Payments, helping to guide product innovations and defining go-to-market strategies for our product lines. Additionally, you will lead sales enablement activities to support the sales cycle and align marketing activities with our product goals. How You Will Make an Impact Analyze and Solve Problems: Tackle diverse challenges where data analysis is key. Plan and execute projects based on pre-established strategies, using good judgment to select methods and techniques for effective solutions. Collaborate and Communicate: Network with key stakeholders and senior personnel internally and externally. Make necessary adjustments to meet objectives and influence others through strong communication and relationships. Innovate and Execute: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, etc.) to plan, prepare, and execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and product enhancements. Develop Content: Create and deliver product content and sales enablement materials to equip our sales and marketing teams with the tools they need. Coordinate Efforts: Ensure all GTM elements align with marketing and communication activities for timely execution and to meet business objectives. Craft Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and positioning to highlight our key differentiators, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuity across all content. Articulate Value: Define and communicate product positioning and messaging plans for various target audiences through a product playbook to promote understanding and adoption of new products/features. Simplify Complex Information: Distill complex information into engaging content aimed at target audiences. Stay Informed: Monitor competitive activity and operationalize competitive intelligence (research, customer interviews, competitive analysis) for sales optimization. Collaborate on Product Enhancements: Work closely with Product Owners to drive and stay informed about product enhancements. Be the Customer’s Voice: Act as the “voice of the customer” and a subject matter expert for market intelligence and product value. Experience You’ll Bring A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent product marketing experience focusing on developing and executing strong GTM strategies for new product launches. High proficiency and expertise in advanced product marketing tools, concepts, and processes. Ability to understand the broader business context. Strong collaborator and self-starter who can effectively influence others to achieve objectives through strong communication and relationships. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle competing priorities while managing multiple projects. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong project management skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Adaptability to changing business needs. Experience with Google Suite and AI tools. Some travel may be required. Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this position is anticipated to be between $93,000.00 and $123,000.00. Actual pay rates will vary based on factors such as your qualifications, skills, and experience.
