Job Opportunity: Product Marketing Manager About the Role We at our company, a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking organization situated at the intersection of technology and national security, are on the lookout for a dedicated and talented Product Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. As an integral part of our marketing squad, you'll wield significant influence in shaping the narrative and driving the triumph of our product offerings. We seek a proficient communicator adept at bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world demands, captivating audiences across both commercial and government sectors. Note: This position mandates U.S. citizenship due to government contract stipulations. What You'll Do Formulate and own a holistic product marketing strategy, crafting compelling content and product messaging throughout the entire customer journey for both commercial and government audiences. Articulate the prowess of Game Warden, our flagship product, into clear, concise messaging resonating with technical and non-technical audiences alike. Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of all content with product objectives, market demands, and international expansion strategies. Work hand in hand with Sales to comprehend our prospect target personas, tailoring messaging to efficiently propel them through the sales funnel. Strategize the launches of new products and updates of existing ones, overseeing the cross-functional execution of the plan. Forge a tight partnership with the Customer Success team to glean user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product roadmap. Craft marketing and sales collateral, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, solution briefs, training materials, and other resources empowering our sales force to effectively articulate Game Warden's value proposition to government agencies and commercial clients. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities for our company on a global scale. Analyze content performance metrics and refine your strategy for continuous enhancement, ensuring optimal return on content endeavors. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, demonstrating a track record of success. Profound understanding of DevSecOps principles and a robust technical background. Exceptional writing and communication skills, adept at tailoring content for diverse audiences, be they technical or non-technical. A fervor for creative storytelling and the capacity to translate intricate concepts into compelling content. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, unafraid to take the initiative and propose enhancements. Prior experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Previous exposure to the public sector (government or defense) is highly advantageous. The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
